SANFORD — The Goodall Memorial Library is offering fine amnesty for the month of October.
The library will erase fines when patrons donate non-perishable food items.
This event will be held in conjunction with the library’s annual pre-holiday food drive. Donations go to the York County Food Pantry, to be distributed to local families in need.
