Teresa brings demonstrated leadership and consensus-building skills to Augusta. In a time when thoughtful, civil and committed leadership is lacking, Teresa has time and again demonstrated her commitment and abilities in her work on the Falmouth Town Council.
When serving with Teresa on the Falmouth Elementary School building committee, I was impressed by her willingness to ask critical questions that moved the project forward. Her advocacy for fiscally responsible school budgets, while on the Town Council, similarly kept the needs of students in the forefront and has contributed to Falmouth continuing to be one of the premiere school districts in the state. Beyond her dedication to education issues, Teresa has been a tireless advocate for preserving our natural resources and open space.
