NEW FACES

Kate Radlinski, a family nurse practitioner, has joined Central Maine Medical Center. She is seeing patients at Lisbon Family Practice.

Radlinski, of New Gloucester, worked as a registered nurse at Midstate Medical Center in Meriden, Conn., and Maine Medical Center in Portland. For the past four years, she worked in the emergency department at Central Maine Medical Center. She recently completed her family nurse practitioner clinical internship.

Lora Kline joined United Way of York County as director of strategic impact. Kline previously worked at United Way of Anderson County, S.C. She also worked at United Way of Greenwood and Abbeville counties, South Carolina, as director of children and youth services.

 David Vaughan joined Diversified Communications as a data services manager. Vaughan was previously employed with Dole, Monterey, Calif.

 Shelley Sund joined the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce as its new marketing and events coordinator. Sund was previously with the Bangor Daily News, where she worked in sales and marketing graphics.

 Dr. Neena Kaur Singh has joined Portland Surgical Associates as a general surgeon.

Singh specializes in minimally invasive surgery. She completed her residency at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University in Camden, N.J., in June 2013 and went on to join the University of Arizona participating in a minimally invasive surgery, robotics and bariatric surgery fellowship.

 James Pineau was named senior area manager of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Bangor office.

Pineau, of Bangor, most recently served as economic development liaison for U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree, a position he held since 2009. He is also a Marine Corps veteran.

 Ardelle Bigos of Andover, N.J., was appointed chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth.

Bigos most recently served as chief nursing officer and chief experience officer at Newton Medical Center in New Jersey.

PROMOTIONS

• Amanda Noyes was promoted to store manager of the TD Bank location on Portland Road in Gray.

Noyes has seven years of banking experience. She joined TD Bank in 2009 as a customer service representative and later served as a store supervisor before her most recent position as assistant store manager in Bedford, N.H.

 Nathan Waller was promoted to insurance and investment service representative at Norton Financial Services.

Waller, of South Portland, has been with Norton since May as a securities clerk. He was previously a relationship and client service manager at Key Bank.

 James Gribbel was promoted to senior portfolio management director at Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management office in Portland.

Jay Cross was promoted to a portfolio management director, financial adviser in the firm’s Wealth Management office.

 Jordan Betts was promoted to vice president, commercial portfolio manager at Camden National Bank.

Betts, of York, assists real estate investors and business owners in financing the acquisition or construction of commercial properties. He belongs to the Maine Real Estate & Development Association.

 Otis Atwell, a CPA firm in South Portland, recently named Ronald Worden, Bridget Sylvester, Sarah Dodge and Greg Geisser as partners. The firm also named Thomas Gioia as managing partner.

AWARDS and RECOGNITIONS

• Christopher Fogg, executive director of the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce, was named Chamber Executive of the Year by the Maine State Chamber of Commerce.

Fogg will receive the award during the chamber’s annual dinner at the Augusta Civic Center on Oct. 15.

Fogg has served as executive director of Bar Harbor’s chamber since 2006. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the 500-member organization and manages 20 full-time and seasonal staff. He currently serves on the board of the Maine Tourism Association, Friends of Acadia, DownEast & Acadia Regional Tourism and the Bar Harbor Cruise Ship Committee.

 Michael Moore, vice president and investment adviser at Bigelow Investment Advisors, has earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Moore is a member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee and manages the assets of individuals, institutions and retirement plans.
