TOPSHAM — Abby Sreden stood out in goal for the Mt. Ararat Middle School girls “A” soccer team, stopping 22 shots without allowing a goal in a 0-0 draw with Bath Middle School.

Playing well on defense were Dory Kulis, Mollie Crosby, Paige Faulkingham and Rosalyn Bragg. At the midfield position, Logan Truluck, Emily Belanger and Jenny Wilbraham were noted for strong play, while Nelly Shields, Eva Machnitzky and Zoe Sreden had many shots on goal while on the attack. Emily Martin had strong play at both midfield and at striker.
