“The Rocky Horror Show ”“ LIVE” will show at Nasson Little Theatre, 457 Main St., Springvale, presented by Our Theatre Company, Oct. 17-25. “Sacred Partners,” a series of artwork by Maine artist Debra Bickford, will be on display at the University of New England’s Biddeford Campus Center from Oct. 4 through Nov. 1. “Andrew Wyeth: The Linda L. Bean Collection” will show through Oct. 31 at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art in Ogunquit. This collection celebrates the art of Andrew Wyeth, one of Maine’s best-known painters, through a collection assembled by Linda Bean of the L.L. Bean family.

“MATTER,” Amy Stacey Curtis’ eighth of nine solo-biennial exhibits of interactive installation, is nine large-in-scope works throughout 24,000 square feet of Parsonfield’s Robinson Mill, 10 Mill St. As with Curtis’ previous “solo biennials,” each installation has instructions for audience participation. Saco Bay Artists will hold its monthly meeting featuring Elizabeth Vezeau at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 13 at the Pines on Manor Street in Ocean Park. Vezeau will discuss painting with fiber and weaving without a loom. She will be reviewing the tools and materials she uses, demonstrating how to warp an open frame, showing some basic weaving techniques, including how to finish off and mount a completed tapestry. The Drive-In Film Festival, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit film festival, will launch its seventh year at the Saco Drive-In on Oct. 11. The Ogunquit Heritage Museum at the Captain James Winn House, 86 Obeds Lane in Ogunquit, will be open on the Saturday and Sunday of Columbus Day weekend, Oct. 11-12 from 1-5 p.m. This season’s exhibits show winter in the town through various decades ”“ in paintings as well as photographs and other memorabilia; the Leavitt movie theater, celebrating 90+ years in business; and the Littlefield and Perkins families, two of the oldest families in town, highlighting some of the characters and homes that have stood out over the years. The Maine State Ballet will present Stravinsky’s “The Firebird” and the “Bach Concerti” on the weekends of Oct. 10 and Oct. 17. The two ballets have been choreographed by Linda MacArthur Miele. “The Firebird” is a dramatic piece featuring Elizabeth Dragoni in the title role, while “Bach Concerti” is a series of four selections featuring more formal, classical choreography for more than 20 dancers. A theatre organ concert and silent movie will be presented by The Pine Tree Chapter of the American Theatre Organ Society on Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. in the McSweeney Auditorium of the Loranger School, 148 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach. “La Strada” (The Road), the 1954 Italian drama directed by Federico Fellini, will be Ogunquit Performing Arts’ opening presentation of the 14th annual Classic Film Series on Sunday, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. at the Dunaway Center, 23 School St. in Ogunquit. Admission is free and so is the popcorn. The show follows a girl who is sold to the circus by her mother.

A film screening of “Service,” an episode of Craft In America, part of the PBS veterans initiative Stories of Service, will be hosted by the Maine Crafts Association at Engine, Main Street, Biddeford, on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. The showing is free, but reservations are recommended. Auditions will be held for Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” done as a radio show on Friday, Oct. 17 from 1:30-4 p.m. at Nasson Little Theatre, 457 Main St. in Springvale.
