BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School girl’s JV soccer “black” team dropped a tough 1-0 game to Oxford Hills on Wednesday. The Dragons created numerous scoring opportunities, but were unable to score.
Dina Murphy and RyLee Ramsey shared time in net, totaling five saves on the day. Defenders Anna Callahan, Kirah Despres- Bowman, Jenna Bailley, Allison Eck and Paige MacKinnon played strong and kept the game within reach.
Haile Cummings, Lily Mateus and Olivia Mateus were noted for hard play in the attacking zone.
