I have the pleasure of supporting — and this year the satisfaction of voting for — Mattie Daughtry, Representative for the new District 49.

I have witnessed Mattie’s development from a bright and energetic child to a bright and hardworking adult. She’s quick minded, quick-witted, passionate, articulate, and a true leader. Her sustained dedication and proven leadership as a member of the Education Committee demonstrates her ability to directly address our town’s most pressing concerns. Anyone who has had the opportunity to stop by her open office hours at Wild Oats can see Mattie’s unwavering commitment to listen, learn and, most importantly, represent all constituents of District 49. She deserves a second term in office.
