BATH — The Morse High School jayvee girls soccer team played two games recently, downing Mt. View and falling to Camden Hills.

Against Mt. View at Thorndike, Aubrey Martin scored her first goal and Micailah Albertson added two markers as the Shipbuilders rolled to a 3-0 win.

Aliza Johnson made a handful of saves in the first half and moved out to midfield for the second frame, with several quality scoring chances.

On Tuesday at home against Camden Hills, Morse fell in a tight contest, 1-0.

Mikayla Rose played well in the midfield and used her speed to create two breakaway opportunities. Emma Bryan, a freshman, had several near-misses.

Morse returns to action on today at home against Oceanside.
