Arrests

10/16 at 11:54 p.m. Scott Lambert, 34, of Pine Street, Portland, was arrested on Campus Drive by Officer Richard Ray on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating with a suspended or revoked license, carrying a concealed weapon and theft by unauthorized taking.

10/17 at 11:01 p.m. James Porter, 46, of White Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Daniel Sylvain on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

10/18 at 9:37 a.m. Michael Hoffmann, 52, of Merritt Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Garrett Brosnan on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

10/20 at 3:20 p.m. Patricia Sanford, 49, of Bow Street, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Nathan Leger on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

10/17 at 9:45 a.m. Frances Millhollan, 43, of Lisbon Street, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons on Wardtown Road and Wilderness Drive by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of possession of hypodermic apparatuses, violating conditions of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
