Sen. Anne M. Haskell was re-elected in the race for Maine Senate District 28, which includes parts of Portland and Westbrook.
Haskell, 71, a Democrat from Portland, earned 73 percent of the vote, beating out Owen Hill of Portland, who was seeking the seat as a Green Independent.
There was no Republican candidate.
