Justin Avery Trufant, 30, of Bowdoinham, was charged on a warrant from Lewiston District Court for failing to pay a fine, after a motor vehicle stop at 8:36 a.m. Nov. 7 on Harpswell Road.
Shannon Marie Kirk, 43, a transient, was charged on a warrant from Belfast District Court for failing to appear to answer a theft charge at 11:15 a.m. Nov. 7 at the Days Inn on Bath Road.
Blaine R. Lund, 22, of Brunswick, was charged with disorderly conduct — loud unreasonable noise on Maine Street. According to police, Lund, who police said appeared intoxicated, had been warned to stop cursing loudly at police during a motor vehicle investigation at 1:07 a.m. Nov. 8.
Sean M. Owen, 29, of Harpswell, was charged on a warrant from Bath Police for failing to pay a fine on charges of theft and operating with a suspended license, after police received a complaint of a theft outside The Gathering Place on Union Street at 7:50 a.m. Nov. 9. Owen was also charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia, after he was found to have a pipe, according to police.
Amber E. Owen, 29, of Topsham, was charged on a warrant from Lewiston Police for failing to pay a fine on charges of operating under the influence, after police responded to a complaint of suspicious activity Nov. 9 at 10:16 p.m. at a Big Apple Food Store.

Erik Fye, 18, of Brunswick, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police received a report of a theft at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 4 at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive.
Mindy Frances Joslyn, 26, of Topsham, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police responded to a report of a theft at 5:19 p.m. Nov. 6 at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive.
Bridget Adele Murphy, 32, of Harpswell, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating with a suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop at 9:15 a.m. Nov. 7 on Bath Road.
Andrew Lindley Jones, 43, of Bath, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at 10:49 a.m. Nov. 7 near VIP Discount Auto Center on Bath Road.
Jermaine Andrew Palmer, 26, of Topsham, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at 11:01 a.m. Nov. 7 near Johnson’s Sporting Goods on Bath Road.
