ARUNDEL — Marian A. Keene passed away on Nov. 10, 2014, surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born in Newton, Massachusetts on Aug. 27, 1952, where she grew up and attended Newton schools. She was the daughter of Verne and Virginia Porter.
Marian is remembered and lovingly missed by: her husband, Russell Keene; her daughters, Allison Lavallee and Valarie Keene, both of Biddeford; her granddaughter, Taylor McKay of Biddeford; her brothers, Joseph Porter of Waltham, Massachusetts, Kenneth Porter of Berlin, Massachusetts and Verne Porter of Natick, Massachusetts.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, Nov. 13 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer St., Kennebunk. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, Nov. 14 at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Martha’s Church with Fr. Thomas Murphy. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, West Kennebunk.
