York County Audubon is hosting a free film called the “Ordinary Extraordinary Junco” at the Mather Auditorium of the Wells Reserve. The film in July won first place in the noncommercial film division at the 30th annual Animal Behavior Film Festival in Boulder, Colorado. Fishing Down East Maine, 7 p.m. in Westbrook

Maine Guide Jeff McEvoy, owner of the long-standing Weatherby’s resort on Grand Lake Stream, will talk about the fishing opportunities offered Down East and how best to fish Grand Lake Stream.
