SACO — A Buxton man was arrested on several warrants last week, including one charging sexual assault.
Jason Foster, 34, of 165 Main St. in Buxton, was arrested by Saco police early Wednesday afternoon on warrants from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. The warrants were for gross sexual assault, theft by extortion, impersonating a public servant and engaging a prostitute.
Foster was unable to post bail and was transported by Saco Police to the Cumberland County Jail in Portland, at which time he was transferred to their custody, according to a prepared statement from Saco Police.
