SACO — Kenneth G. “Ken” Barker, 61, of Saco, passed away Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, after a long illness.
Born and raised in Somerville, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late James P. Barker Jr. and Yvonne M. (Petipas) Barker.
He was: the beloved husband of Carol E. (Dugan) Barker; beloved father of Kimberly Barker and Kenneth Barker Jr. of Lowell, Massachusetts; beloved brother of James Barker of Chester, New Hampshire, Cheryl Farrell of Rochester, New Hampshire and Mary Stuart of Rochester, New Hampshire; and beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Ken worked as an automobile mechanic; he last worked for Sullivan Tire in Biddeford and was a master technician.
He will be missed by many.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5, 2014 at the St. Mary Church, 71 Lowell St., Rochester, NH 03867.
