
Mr. Dexter served in the US Navy for over twenty-seven years retiring in 1987 as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. During his time in the Navy he worked as an educator training new recruits.
He enjoyed spending his time following retirement volunteering at various organizations but was particularly active volunteering at local soup kitchens and food banks.
He will be remembered by those that knew him for his sense of humor, Randall always said that it was his “job” to make people laugh and he took that job very serious.
Randall is survived by his fiance’ Isabelle Nancy Martin of Brunswick.
Per his request there will be no funeral services. His cremated remains will be scattered at sea in the spring. Please visit www.brackettfuneralhome.c om to leave a message of condolence or fond memory you have of Randall with the family.
