Crash
Units responded to a single vehicle crash on Route 1 northbound after a 1999 Toyota passenger car driven by Christopher Kalesnick, 36, of Windham, left the road during slippery conditions and struck a tree. Police said Kalesnick was transported to Maine Medical Center after complaining of pain in the chest area.
Arrests
Blaine R. Lund, 23, of Brunswick, was charged with violating conditions of his release after leaving Aki Japanese Cuisine on Maine Street at 1:12 a.m. Dec. 27.
Thomas Edward Prindall II, 52, of Brunswick, was charged with operating under the influence and operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop near the Big Apple on Bath Road at 8:39 a.m. Dec. 27. Prindall’s probation was also placed on hold, according to police.
Jeremiah James-Cooper Pynchon, 35, of Brunswick, was charged with assault and violating conditions of his release at 10:33 a.m. Dec. 27. Police said Pynchon, who had been out on bail, allegedly assaulted a 29-yearold male victim, who did not require hospitalization.
Harold W. Maney III, 38, of Bath, was charged on a warrant out of Lewiston District Court for non-compliance— contempt order, after a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at 7:03 p.m. Dec. 27.
Gilles Poulin, 35, a transient, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass after police responded to a report of theft at Hannaford on Elm Street at 10:28 a.m. Dec. 28.

Romeo J. Thiboutot, 42, of Topsham, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license at 10:18 a.m. Dec. 22 after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Spring Street and Columbia Avenue.
Tara M. Buckner, 36, of Topsham, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident after police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Bath Road near Shaw’s at 2:32 p.m. Dec. 23.
Carl Donald Wakefield 33, of Brunswick, was charged with criminal trespass after police received a complaint about trespassing at Curtis Memorial Library at 4:07 p.m. Dec. 23.
William E. Harmon, 29, of Topsham, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop near Walmart on Tibbetts Drive at 10:01 a.m. Dec. 24.
Charles A. Warren, 30, of Topsham, was charged with possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop at the Frank J. Woods Bridge at 10:53 p.m. Dec. 25.
John Ryan LaRochelle, 25, of Brunswick, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at Maine Street and Longfellow Avenue at 6:55 p.m. Dec. 26.
John P. LaRochelle, 22, of Durham, was charged with criminal mischief after police responded to a disturbance at Benchwarmers Restaurant & Pub at 12:06 a.m. Dec. 28.
Nicholas Charles Andrews, 22, of Brunswick, was charged with failing to make an oral or written accident report after police responded to a vehicle crash at 2:37 a.m. Dec. 29 at the intersection of Merepoint and Gundalo Gap roads.
