BIDDEFORD — Theresa St. Ours, 90, of Biddeford, died Saturday, Jan. 3, at her home.

She was born June 24, 1924 in Biddeford, a daughter of Celestin and Alphonsine (Goulet) Gobeil and was educated locally at the former St. Andre’s School.

On Sept. 24, 1943, she married Roland St. Ours at St. Andre’s Church.

She had been employed at Maremont Corp, retiring in 1987.

She had enjoyed raising her four daughters and spending time with them and their families.

She was preceded in death by: husband Roland; daughter Carol Giguere in 2009; three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by: three daughters, Annette Crepeau and her husband Paul of Biddeford, Denise Mercier and her fiancée Hank Cormier of Acton, and Betsy Radford and her partner Steve Depaolo of Portland; eight grandchildren, David, Gary, Norman, Robbie, Karen, Jason, Joey, and Amy; 15 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews,

Visiting hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm Street, Biddeford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 8 at St. Anne’s Chapel of St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford. Theresa’s daughters would like to thank Dr. Michael Festino for taking such good care of their mom, and also the ladies at the hospice house for being so wonderful to her.
