More than 200,000 ceramic tealight wax warmer sets are being recalled because they pose a potential fire and burn hazard.

Here’s a more detailed look:

Tealight wax warmers: Ceramic tealight warmer sets sold at Costco Wholesale stores nationwide from August 2014 through October 2014. They include four tealight candles, four sets of scented wax cubes for melting, and a ceramic warmer with a metal stand and a glass dish to hold the wax cubes. The ceramic tealight warmers are white with a green glass dish or brown with an orange glass dish for the wax cubes. “Essenza” is printed on the front of the packaging and Costco item number #852473 is printed on the sides of the packaging.

Why: The tealights in the warmers can burn with an erratic or high flame.

Incidents: Olympic Mountain Products has received 22 reports of tealights with erratic or high flames, including two minor burn injuries to consumers and one incident resulting in minor property damage.

How many: About 209,000 sets in the U.S. and 23,000 sets in Canada.
