YORK — Award-winning specialty food manufacturer, Stonewall Kitchen announces the launch of more than 20 new products for January, including three new barbecue sauces: Boozy Bacon, Honey Sriracha and Raspberry Chipotle.

“While it’s winter in Maine, we’re thinking of summer and summer grilling,” said Janine Somers, director of marketing. “Our three new grill sauces offer rich, bold flavors and zesty ingredient combinations. The Boozy Bacon is made with real bacon, onions, spices and just enough bourbon so each bite ends with a smooth and flavorful finish. It’s simply delicious with beef kabobs and ribs. The Honey Sriracha and Raspberry Chipotle are perfect for those who enjoy some sweet with their savory. The Honey Sriracha is made with molasses, brown sugar, honey and spices while the Raspberry Chipotle is made with juicy raspberries, vine-ripened California tomatoes, chipotles, molasses and spices. Both taste great on chicken and pork. Pair these with our new Farmhouse Mayo, Blue Corn and Lime and Sea Salt Corn Tortilla Chips and Cucumber Dill and Peppadew Sriracha Bloody Mary Mixers to create fun and delicious meals for any summer entertaining event.”

Other new products include a jams, marmalade, scone mixes and more.

Stonewall Kitchen is headquartered in York and has been owned and operated by founders Jonathan King and Jim Stott since 1999. In October 2014, the company announced its partnership with the investment firm Centre Partners.
