Barbara Raths and Joseph Boucher of Portland welcomed their twins, daughter, Jane Raths Boucher, and son, George Raths Boucher, on Sept. 7, in Portland.
Jane weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce, and George weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces.
The twins were also welcomed by: a brother, Henry Raths Boucher, age 5; and grandparents, Madeleine Boucher of Biddeford, and Otto and Linda Raths of Staten Island, New York.
