WASHINGTON — Russell Westbrook drove for the winning layup with 0.8 seconds left in overtime, and Kevin Durant had 34 points Wednesday night as the Oklahoma City Thunder won their fourth straight with a 105-103 victory over the Washington Wizards.

Durant and Westbrook scored all 13 of the Thunder’s points in the extra period, including Durant’s throw-down dunk over Marcin Gortat and Westbrook’s surprisingly uncontested layup off of an inbounds play after Oklahoma City had called timeout with 3.6 seconds remaining.

Westbrook finished with 32 points and led a third-quarter comeback that made up a 12-point halftime deficit.

KNICKS 98, 76ERS 91: Carmelo Anthony had 27 points and 11 rebounds to lead visiting New York to its second straight win.

HORNETS 78, HEAT 76: Kemba Walker scored 15 points, Bismack Biyombo had 12 points and 12 rebounds, and surging Charlotte edged visiting Miami.

Charlotte won for the eighth time in nine games despite going without a field goal in the final seven minutes.

CAVALIERS 106, JAZZ 92: LeBron James scored 26 points, Kevin Love added 19 and host Cleveland won its fourth straight.

Shaking off a flu bug that forced him to miss practice Tuesday and also slowed Kyrie Irving, James added nine assists and seven rebounds. The Cavs are 4-1 since the four-time MVP returned after missing eight games with a strained back and knee.

HAWKS 110, PACERS 91: DeMarre Carroll and Jeff Teague each scored 17 points to lead a balanced offense, Kyle Korver dunked for the first time in more than two years, and host Atlanta tied a franchise record with its 14th straight victory.

With the victory, the Hawks improved to a stunning 35-8 and Mike Budenholzer clinched a spot as the Eastern Conference coach in next month’s All-Star Game in New York City.

PISTONS 128, MAGIC 118: Brandon Jennings had 24 points and a career-high 21 assists, and host Detroit held off Orlando.

PELICANS 96, LAKERS 80: Anthony Davis scored 29 points and blocked four shots in his return from a sprained toe, and host New Orleans extended Los Angeles’ losing streak to a season-long six games.

MAVS 98, TIMBERWOLVES 75: Chandler Parsons scored 22 points, and visiting Dallas hit 11 3-pointers in beating Minnesota.

GRIZZLIES 92, RAPTORS 86: Marc Gasol scored 26 points, Zach Randolph had 19 points and 13 rebounds in Memphis’ home win.

NOTES

PELICANS: Guard Jrue Holiday was diagnosed with a stress reaction in his right leg and will be sidelined 2 to 4 weeks.

TIMBERWOLVES: Point guard Ricky Rubio’s right ankle injury is “far worse” than a high ankle sprain, the team said.

Rubio has not played since he was injured on Nov. 7.
