Carolyn Lamontagne, vice president of Saco Biddeford Savings, and Tim Grant, branch supervisor, recently presented a check in the amount of $2,000 to Majors Bryan and Beverly Smith of The Salvation Army in Old Orchard Beach for continued work in the food pantry. In addition to the monetary support, nine volunteers from Saco Biddeford Savings Institution helped The Salvation Army staff to pack Christmas food baskets for nearly 200 families this past holiday season. The bank also sponsors canned good drives for The Salvation Army throughout the year. Pictured, from left: Major Beverly Smith, Carolyn Lamontagne, Major Bryan Smith and Tim Grant.
