SACO — Janice Nadeau has been named as Sweetser’s new vice president of human resources, replacing Phil Trudeau, who has retired after 16 years in the position.
Nadeau has more than two decades of experience in human resources, and has joined Sweetser from Kemp Goldberg, where she was human resources director; prior to that, Nadeau held positions in human resources at Citigroup and Forum Financial.
Nadeau is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Association of Southern Maine. She lives in Biddeford with her family.
