BATH — The Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday night on proposed land use code amendments related to wireless communication facilities.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall.
The amendment is proposed by Mariner Tower LLC, which found a discrepancy on the fall zone requirement when looking at the definition of the fall zone and the performance standards. Mariner Tower has an application under review for a tower on the American Legion site near Congress Avenue.
The public hearing is the only item listed on the Planning Board agenda for Tuesday.
