BATH — Jeff Leighton all 12 of his points in the fourth quarter as the Morse High School jayvee boys basketball team earned a 46-40 come-frombehind win over Camden Hills on Tuesday at Bath Middle School.
Down 32-26 heading to the fourth, the Shipbuilders outscored the Windjammers, 20-8, in the fourth.
Tait Nygaard had nine points and Damon Osmond eight in the win. Morse was 9-of-16 from the free-throw line.
Gavin Boyd paced Camden Hills with a game-high 15 points, and the Windjammers were 5-of-12 at the charity stripe.
In recent action, Morse again came from behind in the final frame, downing Belfast, 45-40.
Osmond scored 10 of his 13 points in the fourth, while Parker Onorato added six points, and Nygaard and Connor Upham five each.
The Shipbuilders, who trailed 8-7 after one, led 16-13 at the half and fell behind 23-21 after three, were 7-of-19 at the line.
Morse concludes its season tonight at Oceanside.
