Mary E. Jackson, 47, of Freeport, was charged with operating under the influence at Lower Flying Point Road at 6:59 p.m. Jan. 29.
Randolph G. Cyr, 49, of Falmouth, was charged with operating under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 295 southbound at 1:19 a.m. Feb. 7.
Charles Blow, 47, of Brunswick, was charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and violating conditions of release on Franklin Parkway in Brunswick at 2:12 p.m. Feb. 8.
Summonses
Carrie Evelyn Green, 35, of Portland, was charged with operating with a suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop at Mallett Drive at 11:57 p.m. Feb. 2.
Shelley Scalia, 29, of Monmouth, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police responded to a theft on Main Street at 3:27 p.m. Feb. 6.
