Arrests
Lee E. Ruona, 54, of Topsham, was charged with violating conditions of his release after police responded to a disturbance at Baribeau Drive at 2:46 a.m. Feb. 5. Police said they responded to a report of two men fighting, and it was discovered Ruona had allegedly been drinking, which was a violation of his release.
Police charged two women after being alerted by staff at Aki Japanese Cuisine on Maine Street of a fight inside the restaurant. Jenifer R. Whitney, 35, of Topsham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Summonsed for disorderly conduct was Kelley L. McDonnell, 26, of Sabattus. Both women appeared to be intoxicated, said police. According to police, Whitney was arrested after she continued to be allegedly belligerent with officers. The women refused treatment from emergency medical services.

Charles Blow, 47, of Brunswick, was charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and with violating the conditions of his release after police responded to a vehicle crash at the intersection of Bath Road and Tibbetts Drive at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 4.
Brandon Gordon Giddings, 19, of Brunswick, was charged with being a minor consuming liquor after police performed a check at the Town Commons at Harpswell Road at 2:38 a.m. Feb. 6.
