LIMINGTON (AP) — Police say a man snowblowing a driveway in Limington was severely beaten by two other men who apparently took offense to the way the victim interacted with his former girlfriend.
Officers responding to a home at about 2 p.m. Sunday found the victim bleeding from the mouth, with two teeth knocked out, and suffering from rib injuries. The victim, whose name was not disclosed, was taken to the hospital.
Police say the victim was clearing the driveway when the woman approached. They had a discussion and parted ways.
The woman apparently complained about what was said and told 45-year-old George Gilliam, of Limerick, and 63-year-old Thomas Robertshaw, of Limington, who then allegedly beat the victim.
The suspects are being held on $1,000 bail each on charges of aggravated assault.
