Stand Up and Be Counted Day will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28.
All veterans can go to or contact their nearest veterans service organization — COLD WAR, AMVETS, VFW, VVA, American Legion or DAV — and sign up for their benefits.
