Ryan W. Camp, 19, of Pownal, was charged with disorderly conduct — offensive words, gestures in addition to be charged with refusing to sign a criminal summons and being a minor consuming alcohol, after police responded to a disturbance on Mallett Drive at 2:41 a.m. Feb. 22.
Summonses
Stephen Joesph Deschaine II, 25, of Topsham, was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street at 11:14 a.m. Feb. 17.
Tasha Swift, 20, of Gardiner, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police responded to a report of theft on Main Street at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 18.
