In the Feb. 16 story “2 sides of train shed debate gear up,” Robert Morrison of the Brunswick West Neighborhood Coalition mischaracterized the recent fact-finding trip by the Maine Legislature’s Joint Standing Committee on Transportation as “a ‘surprise sneak attack’ from layover facility proponents.”
The trip was, in fact, a publiclynoticed meeting of the Transportation Committee. The public was welcome to attend, and several members of the public did.
