BIDDEFORD ( AP) — Maine police say a former tollbooth attendant wielding a gun robbed another toll taker and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say they charged 25-year-old Jacqueline Bilbrey of Biddeford with robbery on Tuesday. She is accused of robbing a toll taker on the Maine turnpike on Friday night. Police say Bilbrey entered the tollbooth armed with a gun and demanded money from the attendant. She was taken to York County Jail.
Bilbrey or an attorney representing her could not be reached to comment on the charges.
