RICHMOND — Gerald N. Seigars Jr., 58, of Richmond, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, in Brunswick. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, March 2, 2015, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Kincer Funeral Home, 130 Pleasant St., Richmond. A funeral service will be held the following day, March 3, at 2 p.m., also at Kincer. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.kincerfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are under the care of Kincer Funeral Home in Richmond.
