Christopher A. Matheson, 38, of Manchester, N.H., was charged with operating under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at 1:28 a.m. March 6.
Hilary R. Maines, 30, of Freeport, was charged with violating conditions of release on Route 1 at 10:38 p.m. March 8.
Summonses
A 16-year old juvenile was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop on Wardtown Road at 8:29 p.m. March 6.
