The Bath Area Family YMCA’s Gymnastics team closed out its regular season Saturday with incredible results, including the addition of Aurora Jamison, Anna Yankee, Mari Domingos, Molly Newall, Maya Kosak, Tori Hersey, Julianne Salko, Emma Dobransky and Marisabel Rodriguez to the team’s 9.0 Club.

In Level 2, ages 7-8 competition, Macie Shiers placed first all-around with a 35.75. Shiers placed first on both bars (9.2) and beam (9.15). Ava Wolverton was second all-around (35.35) with a first on vault (9.2) and a tie for first on floor (9.1). With a 34.35, Sarah Ouellette was third all-around. Ouellette was third on both bars (8.6) and beam (8.65). Makenzie Beal earned second on vault with an 8.8. Beal was sixth on floor (7.3) and placed seventh all-around (31.5).

In the 9-year old division, Level 2’s Jamison earned a 35.1 all-around for first place. Jamison was first on vault (9.1) and bars (9.05), and second on beam (8.6) and floor (8.35).

In Level 2, age 10 Michaela Anderson (34.965) and Hannah Baker (34.85) placed first and second, respectively. Anderson was first on both bars (9.0) and floor (9.115). Baker earned first on beam (9.0) and was second on vault (8.6) and bars (8.85).

In Level 3, age 9 competition, Newall placed second allaround

(33.2). Newall was first on vault (9.3) and bars (8.3). Teammate Sophie Wood placed fourth all-around with a 32.4. Wood earned second on both bars (8.2) and beam (8.0).

In the 10-year old Level 3 division, Carolyn Carter was first all-around with a 34.4. Carter was first on floor (8.9) and second on bars (8.6). Dobransky was second on vault with a 9.0 and placed fourth all-around with a 32.3.

In Level 4, ages 9-10, Elizabeth Bingham earned a 34.2 all-around for first place. Bingham placed first on floor (8.9), and was second on both vault (8.6) and beam (8.3). Kallie Maney was second allaround with a 33.65. Maney placed first on bars (8.8) and was third on beam (8.25). Salko placed first on vault with an 8.8. Salko was third on floor (8.5) and placed third all-around with a 33.35. Alamea McCarthy earned third on both vault (8.55) and bars (8.4), and was fourth allaround (33.0). Teammate Grace Delano earned second place on both bars (8.5) and floor (8.7), and was sixth allaround (32.15).

In the 11-plus division, Yankee placed second all-around with a 33.55. Yankee was first on both floor (8.6) and beam (8.45).

In Level 6 competition, teammates Rachel Poulton (33.15) and Audrey Crews (31.9) earned first and second all-around, respectively. Poulton placed first on both bars (8.45) and floor (8.7), while Crews placed first on vault (8.6) and beam (8.4).

In Excel Gold competition, Carly Lister earned third place all-around with a 33.85. Lister placed second on bars (8.75) and was third on vault (8.7). Teammate Kaley West placed fifth all-around (22.4), was fourth on floor (8.5) and fifth on bars (7.7).

In the 9-11 division of Excel Silver, Domingos placed third all-around with a 33.85. Domingos was first on both vault (8.7) and bars (9.35). Teammate Tori Heresy placed first on floor (9.0), second on vault (8.6) and was fifth allaround (25.6).

In Excel Silver, age 12-plus, Jane Nordman earned first place all-around with a 35.6. Nordman was first on beam (8.9) and second on bars (9.4). Jenny Bakewell earned first on both bars (9.55) and floor (9.10), and was second allaround (35.05). Charlotte Carter (34.4) and Tatiana Scott (33.25) placed third and fourth all-around, respectively. Carter was first on vault (8.6) and second on beam (8.7). Scott earned third on both vault (8.0) and bars (8.75).

In Excel Platinum competition, Havi Ellers earned first place all-around with a 36.80. Ellers placed first on bars (9.7), beam (9.0), and tied for first on floor (9.1) with teammate Kayla Soucy. Lilia Hayford earned second place allaround (36.0). Hayford was first on vault (9.3) and second on bars (9.45). Soucy placed third in the all-around (35.3) and was second on beam (8.9). Rodriguez earned second place on floor with a 9.0. Rodriguez was fourth on vault (8.8) and was fourth allaround (34.1). Kosak (33.35) and Kimberly Brown (24.3) placed fifth and sixth in the all-around, respectively. Kosak placed third on both vault (8.9) and bars (8.9). Brown placed fifth on vault (8.7) and floor (8.2).

Salko, Brown, Rodriguez, Crews, Bakewell, Carter, Maney and Nordman all met their second qualifying scores and have the opportunity to represent the Bath YMCA at regionals in May.

The team’s next competition is the State Meet, to be held April 18-19 at the Armory in Lewiston.
