BIDDEFORD — A 1-year-old boy is in the hospital after falling out of a third-story window on Piersons Lane over the weekend.
The incident occurred at about 3 p.m. Sunday, Biddeford Deputy Police Chief JoAnne Fisk said this morning. The child was transported to Maine Medical Center in Portland.
Fisk said it was an approximately 25-foot fall, and as of Monday afternoon, the child was still alive. The status of the child this morning is unknown, as calls to Maine Medical Center were not immediately returned.
