Arrests
James D. Tetrault Jr, 37, of Portland, was charged on a warrant issued by Cumberland County for failure to appear and unpaid restitution stemming from charges of burglary and several counts of theft in Portland and South Portland, according to Freeport Police. Tetrault was charged on Main Street at 11:36 a.m. April 21.
Crystal A. Pinkham, 23, of Lisbon Falls, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release after a follow-up investigation on Main Street at 10:22 a.m. April 28.
Rhonda L. Small, 59, of Freeport, was charged with operating under the influence after police responded to a vehicle crash on Mallett Drive at 1:33 p.m. April 28.
Summonses
Troy Lebovitz, 54, of North Stonington, Connecticut, was charged with operating with a suspended registration after police responded to a vehicle crash at Justin’s Way and Cross Street at 12:12 p.m. April 20.
Keshia R. Lavoie, 20, of Lewiston, was charged with operating with a suspended license after a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Durham and Griffin roads at 1:26 p.m. April 29.
