TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat High School jayvee baseball team saw three hitters combine for six hits en route to a 10-8 victory over Mt. Blue in recent action.
Garrett Moody went 2-for- 4 with two runs scored, while Alex Miranda crossed the plate twice with two hits to his name. Eddie Van Note was perfect on the day, going 2-for-2.
Jacob O’Neil took to the hill for Mt. Ararat, earning the no decision after tossing five innings, allowing one earned run and striking out 11. Desmond Babbidge picked up the win after throwing the final two innings.
With the win, the Eagles improve to 3-0-1 on the year.
