AUBURN — The Brunswick Junior High School baseball team fell to Auburn, 7-3, on Tuesday.
Tony Cilea led the offensive attack for the Huskies with two doubles and two RBIs. Also joining in the hit parade were Noah Cox, Jack St. Pierre, Scout Masse and Brady Mitchell, who each singled.
Defensively, the Huskies (4-6) received solid efforts from Matty LaForge and Noah Goddard.
Auburn scored six runs in the third inning to take control.
On the mound for Brunswick were Cam Daly and Coenradt Taylor, who combined for eight hits, four walks and two strikeouts.
