SACO — All are invited Saturday to take a tour of the Public Works Department or drop off some electronics recycling.
The Saco Public Works Department is hosting an open house from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the 351 North St. facility. In addition to tours of the building, there will be equipment displays, document shredding, and electronics recycling.
The Rotary Club of Saco Bay, along with Ewaste Recycling Solutions and the Public Works Department, is hosting the electronics recycling drop off at the Public Works building on Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Items accepted include: televisions, game consoles, monitors, cameras and camcorders, computers, cell and household telephones, printers, copiers, fax machines, ink and toner cartridges, stereos, VCRs and DVD players, speakers, crutches, canes and walkers.
