TOPSHAM — A benefit spaghetti supper for a local man combating kidney failure will take place from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the Topsham Fairgrounds.
Initially the fundraiser was scheduled to benefit Kevin and Donna Leeman, each facing serious health problems. However Donna, who was recently diagnosed with cancer and hospitalized, passed away May 28. The couple was married for 36 years.
Kevin continues to deal with kidney failure and dialysis.
The cost to eat at the supper is by donation.
For those who want to help but can’t attend the supper, a GoFundMe page has been set up to help the Leemans at www.gofundme.com/v5bzjg.
