BATH — A Bath woman was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident took place on 660 High Street at about 5:30 p.m. and according to Bath Police Lt. Robert Savary, Barbara King, 58, assaulted her husband and punched him through a glass window. She showed signs of intoxication.
In the course of the struggle, both received non-life threatening injuries.
“It was a just a misdemeanor assault, pushing and kicking,” Savary said. “There was an argument, and she assualted her husband.”
King posted the $1,000 unsecured bail and was released. She is scheduled to appear in West Bath District Court July 21.
