BRUNSWICK — Morgan Foster retired the final Andy Valley one-hitter via a strikeout to preserve an 18- 17 Brunswick win in the 2015 Babe Ruth U10 All-Star softball tournament on Thursday.
Abby Sharpe, Mia DeSantis, Mia Klimash, Ellie Sullivan, Sophia Morin, Hailie Lord and Gabby Swain made solid defensive plays in the win.
Kelsey Sullivan was 5-for-5 at the plate, while Cialy Charbonneau, Morgan Foster, Klimish and Madeleine Hladsky also had a solid game offensively.
