RICHMOND — Winona “Nonie” Gaudreau, age 88, of Brown Road, died on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Mid Coast Hospital. She was born on Sept. 11, 1926, in Bath, the daughter of Martin and Francis (Trott) Clark.
She graduated from Morse High School and married Donald W. Gaudreau, who passed away on May 2, 2000.
Nonie loved to garden, knit and travel. She was a voracious reader and a lover of animals.
Surviving are three sons, Donald C. Patterson and wife Susan of South Portland, Michael A. Patterson and wife Margaret of Brunswick, and Dennis D. Patterson of Bowdoinham, two daughters, Denise Degen of Richmond, and Suzanne Bubar and husband Randy of Bowdoin, a sister, Kay Labbe of Brunswick, 10 grandchildren, seven greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private. Burial beside her husband in Riverside Cemetery in Woolwich will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Bath High School Alumni Association, c/o Ann Carlton, 309 Stage Road, Arowsic, ME 04530.
Arrangements are by Stetson’s Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick, where memorial condolences may be expressed at stetsonsfuneralhome.com.
