
Frank was born in Brooklyn, New York, on July 6, 1925, the son of Thomas and Anna Campagna. He grew up in Summit, NJ, graduating from Summit High School in 1942. He served in the U.S. Navy and was discharged as LTJG. He also earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from Seton Hall University, 1949.
After marrying Margaret Rowe, also of Summit, NJ, they moved to Riverside, CT, raising children Tina, Mark and Peter Campagna. His career was based chiefly in New York City where he retired from GAF Corporation as SVP of the International Group.
For 62 years, he and his wife spent family summers in Harpswell, ME, retiring to Bethel Point in Cundy’s Harbor and residing there for 27 years.
He was predeceased by his parents and wife of 65 years,

Surviving Mr.
Campagna are his sister, Mrs. Anita Gilmartin of Chatham, NJ; two sons, Mark Campagna of Longwood, FL; Peter Campagna of Chalfont, PA; daughter Mrs. Tina Weeks of Jefferson, ME; and seven grandchildren.
