9:30 a.m.: 30-minute dockside interpretation of visiting ship, Picton-Castle, for individuals with special needs. Local deaf interpreters will translate the discussion. Meet at Maine Wharf entrance. Festival ticket required.

10 a.m.: Gates open to the Festival – public boarding of visiting Tall Ships at Maine State Pier, Maine Wharf and the Ocean Gateway terminal. Also visit Compass Park inside Maine State Pier for kids’ activities, music and exhibits!

11 a.m. – 6 p.m.: Compass Park (inside Maine State Pier) Festival Activities

For Kids and Guppies! Face painting, balloon artist and coloring.

11 a.m. – 6 p.m.: Maritime Education Tent Schedule – a variety of subjects from celestial navigation, weather, how to sail on a Tall Ship, conversations with visiting ship captains, marine photography and video, maritime career and educational opportunities and more.
