BIDDEFORD — Daniel W. Tozier, 48, of Biddeford, died Monday, July 20 at Maine Medical Center after an ongoing illness.

He is survived by: his daughter, Robin; his parents, Sandra and Robert Sr.; his grandmother, Barbara Berube; his brother, Robert Jr. and his wife Chantal; his sister, Victoria and her husband Danny Ledoux; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He had been a heavy equipment operator since the age of 17. He enjoyed fishing, gambling and riding his Harley. He will be sadly missed by all. There will be a private family service.
