7/31 at 12:19 p.m. Richard J. Kinghorn, 37, of Main Street, Topsham, was arrested on Bath Road by Assistant Marine Patrol Officer Paul Plummer on outstanding warrants from another agency.

8/2 at 2:27 p.m. Jeffory L. Fletcher, 25, no address listed, was arrested on Maine Street by Detective Kenneth Bailey on charges of criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.

8/3 at 7:13 p.m. Matthew J. Hitchcock, 33, of West Road, Bowdoin, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
