
Artists of Centre St Arts Gallery, LLC, presents a new exhibition of work titled “Float Your Boat” as well as work by guest artist Diane Dahlke, at 11 Centre Street in Bath. The show will open with a Wine and Cheese Reception from 5-7 p.m. Friday, August 7. The exhibit will run until September 19.
Cumberland artist Diane Dahlke received her BFA at Syracuse University in 1972, and an MFA from Vermont College of Norwich University in Vermont in 1999. She has exhibited widely throughout the United States, and has won awards and fellowships during her career.
Her richly colored, representational paintings are varied in theme, represented by “End of Season,” a close-up of rainbow chard and purple flowers.
Admission to the gallery is always free and all work is for sale. Nine local artists own and operate the gallery with twelve associates.
